This is your third quiz (assessment), and includes questions covering Basic Computer Literacy Lessons 4 & 5, as well as some questions from Lessons 1 through 3 and general computer knowledge. The assessment is intended for students in Grade Level 4 and above. You must complete and submit the quiz during your assigned time. Quizzes received outside of your assigned time will not be accepted.

Your grade can be determined by reviewing and/or printing the form confirmation page after submitting the assessment. Your graded assessment will be returned to you at the next regular class period or sent to your registered e-mail account.

When you have completed ALL of the required identification fields, you may proceed to answer ALL of the questions on the quiz.

When you have finished, review ALL of your answers, and then "click" the SUBMIT button at the end of the quiz. DO NOT USE THE "BACK" BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER, "TOGGLE" BACK AND FORTH, OR "SUBMIT" MORE THAN ONCE. ONLY THE FIRST SUBMISSION WILL RECEIVE CREDIT.
